Who we are

SCANALYTIX.AI (“we”) operates the website www.scanalytix.ai. For data collected through this site, SCANALYTIX.AI is the data controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). You can contact us at office@scanalytix.ai.

What data we collect through the site

Contact form: name, organisation, e-mail address, phone (optional), the subject of your request and your message. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your request and, where applicable, pre-contractual steps.

Technical logs: the hosting provider may record IP addresses and technical request data for security and operational purposes, for a limited period.

We use no tracking cookies, marketing pixels or traffic-analytics services. The site loads no third-party fonts or scripts.

How long we keep data

Contact requests are kept as long as needed to reply and, if a contractual relationship follows, for its duration and the statutory archiving periods. Requests without follow-up are deleted within 12 months at the latest.

Who we share data with

The site’s hosting provider and, if configured, the form-service provider, both acting as processors, with processing in the European Union or under adequate safeguards. We do not sell or pass on your data.

Case-file documents

Case-file documents are never transmitted through this site. They are processed exclusively under the Data Processing Agreement (Art. 28 GDPR), signed before the first document is handed over, in which your organisation is the controller and SCANALYTIX.AI the processor. Technical and organisational measures, sub-processors, retention and deletion are described in that agreement.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP) or the authority in your country. To exercise your rights, write to us at the address above.

Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS, with strict security headers (Content-Security-Policy, HSTS, protection against framing). It is a static site, with no publicly exposed database.
