These terms govern the use of the website www.scanalytix.ai. The content of the site is informational and does not constitute a contractual offer. SCANALYTIX.AI services are provided exclusively under a written contract, preceded by the Data Processing Agreement.

The reference offer

Published prices are starting thresholds, excluding VAT, and are indicative. Each project is assessed and negotiated according to its complexity and the Client’s requests.

Intellectual property

The content of the site (texts, structure, graphic elements, the tier names and the SCANALYTIX.AI mark) is protected. Reproduction for any purpose other than personal consultation requires our written consent. Third-party marks mentioned (Canon, I.R.I.S., Alphabet, Anthropic, dtSearch, Tresorit) belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, without guaranteeing the absence of errors. We are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of the site’s content. Journal articles express professional opinions and do not constitute legal advice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled by the competent courts of Romania.
